摘要
MOOC已成为我国教育信息化发展的热点,而移动教学平台是MOOC可持续发展的技术基础。基于用户体验蜂窝模型构建MOOC学习APP体验框架,以学习者视角体验国内外MOOC移动终端。研究发现,移动MOOC平台在学习支持服务方面进行了有益探索,但在整体功能完备性方面仍存在较大提升空间。从学习者视角提出优化建议,以构建强交互、重体验、个性化的学习环境:加强讨论区功能,建立实时互动功能;优化界面功能模块,明确目标定位;完善学习导航,明确学习任务;关注无障碍学习,满足终身学习需求;规范版权归属,保护用户隐私;提供个性化服务,满足个性化学习需求等。
MOOC has become a hot spot in the development of education informatization in China.The mobile teaching platform is the technical foundation for the sustainable development of MOOC.This paper builds the experience framework of MOOC learning APP based on user experience cellular model and experiences MOOC mobile terminals at home and abroad from the perspective of learners.The results show that the mobile MOOC platform has made beneficial explorations in learning support services,but in terms of overall functional completeness there is still a large room for improvement.From the perspective of learners,it is proposed to strengthen the function of the discussion area and establish real-time interactive functions,to optimize the interface function modules and to define the target orientation,to improve the learning navigation and define the learning tasks,to focus on the accessibility learning and meet the needs of lifelong learning.Standardizing copyright ownership,protecting user privacy,providing personalized services,meeting personalized learning needs,and other optimization suggestions are offered to build a strong interactive,re-experimental,and personalized learning environment.
