摘要
苯丙乳液(苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯乳液)通过的是苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯单体经乳液共聚得到的,其在耐水性、耐碱性、耐洗擦等方面有了一定的应用。通过反应性乳化剂、苯乙烯(ST)、甲基丙烯酸等进行了改性处理,实验采用种子滴加法得到共聚物乳液。实验结果表明:改性的苯丙乳液满足了技术要求,其耐水性能优越;随着引发剂用量的增加,单体的转化率上升,凝聚率上升;乳化剂用量为4.5%,聚合稳定性最好;在最佳配比2∶5时,更能发挥两类乳化剂的协同效应。
Styrene acrylic emulsion is always prepared by the emulsion copolymerization of styrene and acrylate monomer.Because of good water resistance,alkali resistance and scrub resistance,it has a certain application value.In this paper,the copolymer emulsion was obtained by the modification with reactive emulsifier,styrene(ST)and methacrylate.The experimental results showed that the modified styrene acrylic emulsion met the technical requirements and had superior water resistance.With the increase of the initiator dosage,the conversion rate of monomer increased and the condensation rate increased.When the dosage of emulsifier was 4.5%,the polymerization stability was the best.The synergistic effect of two types of emulsifiers was enhanced when the optimum ratio was 2.5.
