摘要
目的受试者在自由心率状态下,评估冠状动脉追踪冻结技术(SSF)结合智能边缘校准技术(IBR)对冠状动脉CT血管成像的影响。方法回顾性分析2016年5月至2016年12月首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院收治的50例可疑冠心病患者,扫描前不予服用任何降心率药物,扫描时不控制病人心率范围。使用GE HD750行冠状动脉CT扫描,其中20例使用前瞻性门控扫描,30例使用回顾性心电门控扫描。对比剂用量为0. 8 ml/kg,后续0. 9%氯化钠溶液40 ml,流速5. 0 ml/s。根据重建方法的不同分A、B两组。A组图像采用SSF重建并结合IBR工具处理,B组图像采用标准算法(STD)重建,之后两组数据均进行曲面重建(CPR)及容积再现(VR)重建。由两位高年资医师盲评,评价标准为Likert 5分标准,评分≥3分认为图像具有可靠性。基于冠状动脉的每段血管显示清晰度水平,对两组数据中可清晰显示的3分、4分及5分冠状动脉节段数占总体的比率进行评分。结果 SSF重建结合IBR工具处理后5分图像比率可达94. 2%;标准算法STD重建的5分图像比率仅为60. 7%。结论 SSF及IBR与标准算法比较能更好地提高自由心率受试者冠状动脉CT血管成像的图像质量。
Objective To evaluate the effect of Snapshot freeze(SSF)and intelligent edge calibration(IBR)on the quality of CT coronary artery imaging in subjects with free heart rate.Methods A retrospective analysis of 50 patients with suspected coronary heart disease admitted to this hospital during May 2016 to December 2016 without any heart rate-reducing drugs before scanning.The range of heart rate was not controlled during the scanning.Coronary CT scans of GE HD750 were performed,of which 20 were prospective gating scans and 30 were retrospective ECG-gated scans.The amount of contrast agent was 0.8 ml/kg,followed by 0.9%sodium chloride solution 40 ml and a flow rate of 5.0 ml/s.According to different reconstruction methods in these two groups A and B.Imges in Group A were reconstructed by using SSF and processed in conjunction with IBR tools.Images in group B were reconstructed by using standard algorithms(standard,STD reconstruction,followed by curved planar reformation(CPR)and volume rendering(VR).Reconstruction.Two senior physicians blindly evaluated the criteria as Likert 5 points,and scores≥3 points considered the image to be reliable.The peak level of each vessel based on the coronary artery can be clearly displayed in these two sets of data.Scores of 3,4,and 5 coronary artery segments as a percentage of the population.Results The SSF reconstruction combined with the IBR tool can achieve a ratio of 94.2%after 5 minutes of processing;the standard algorithm STD reconstruction has a 5-point image ratio only 60.7%.Conclusion SSF and Intelligent Edge Calibration(IBR)improve the image quality better than standard algorithms.
