摘要
为了赋予疏水性ES无纺布多次亲水性能,采用多组分无硅表面活性剂的复配方法对ES无纺布进行亲水改性。研究了异构十三烷醇聚氧乙烯醚(Lexxico醇醚)和直链十三烷醇聚氧乙烯醚的分子结构与溶液表面张力、在PE薄膜上的动态接触角和被其处理后ES无纺布多次亲水性的关系,优化了一系列亲水整理剂配方。结果表明,Lexxico醇醚在PE薄膜上的润湿铺展能力明显强于直链脂肪醇醚,并具有较好的亲水性能。以Lexxico醇醚为基础复配而成的无硅亲水整理剂具有良好的综合性能,5次透水时间都在5 s内,反渗量为0.11 g,比电阻小于10~9Ω·cm。
In this paper,the hydrophilic modification of ES non-woven fabric was carried out by using multi-component silicon-free surfactants,in order to endow the hydrophobic ES non-woven fabric with multi-time hydrophilic properties.The relationship among molecular structure and surface tension of iso-tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether(Lexxico alcohol ether)and linear-chain tridecyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether as well as the dynamic contact angle and the hydrophilicity of ES nonwovens treated was studied,and a series of hydrophilic finishing formula were optimized.The results showed that the wetting and spreading ability of Lexxico alcohol ether on PE film was obviously stronger than that of straight-chain fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether,and Lexxico alcohol ether owned good hydrophilic performance.The silicon-free hydrophilic finishing formula based on Lexxico alcohol ether had good comprehensive properties:the penetration time of 5 times was within 5 s,the amount of back infiltration was 0.11 g,and surface specific resistance was less than 10^9Ω·cm.
