摘要
实践研究表明,采用同层侧钻技术,可以充分利用低效井、低产井及关停井老井套管,减少施工井段,节省成本,提高剩余油的开采效果,恢复低产低效井生产能力。针对埕北油田AX井同层侧钻作业面临水平裸眼井防砂管柱打捞回收困难、侧钻水泥塞固井质量难以保证及如何规避水平段泥岩钻遇风险等技术难点,开展了同层侧钻关键技术研究,顺利完成了该井同层侧钻作业,费用相对常规侧钻方案节省69%,产油量为治理前的6. 8倍,取得了良好效果,为海上油田挖潜增储、延长老油田生产寿命提供了有效途径,值得进一步推广应用。
Studies and practices show that by sidetracking in the same layer the casings in low-efficiency wells,low production wells and shut down wells can be made full use,the well construction period reduced,costs saved,and the residual oil recovery effects improved,production recovered out of the low yield wells.There are problems like hard to fish out sand screen pipe out of the horizontal open hole,sidetracking plug quality not ensured and shale drilling risks in horizontal section when drilling at Well AX at Chengbei oilfield,so research is made on the key techniques regards same layer sidetracking.Same layer sidetracking operation in AX well is completed successfully at last,costs saved by 69%,and oil production been 6.8 times of that before.This technology provides an effective method to increase potential reserves at offshore oil fields and extend the production life of old oil fields,worth a further popular application.
