选煤厂运输装置优化分析

摘要 刮板运输设备作为选煤厂作业得以开展所必不可少的关键设备,其运行状态对选煤厂综合收益的影响十分突出。结合具体工程实际,对刮板运输机运行中的检测装置误动作和刮板链磨损、破断等问题从两方面开展优化改良分析,并对其优化应用效果做出总结。结果表明,通过改良优化,刮板运输机运行效率显著增加,选煤厂生产效益获得提升。 The scraper transportation equipment is indispensable key equipment for the operation of the coal preparation plant.The operation status of the scraper transportation equipment has a significant impact on the comprehensive income of the coal preparation plant.Combined with the actual engineering practice,this paper carried out optimized and improved analysis on the problems of the malfunction of the detecting device and the wear and tear of the scraper chain in the operation of the scraper conveyor from two aspects,and summarized the optimized application effect.The results show that the efficiency of the improved screed conveyor has been significantly increased,and the production efficiency of the coal preparation plant has been improved.
