摘要
目的:探究脑梗死介入治疗后并发症发生原因以及临床护理方法和效果。方法:选择在本院接受治疗的脑梗死介入治疗患者进行研究,按照不同时期病例从中选择病例数120例(收集时间为2016年1月-2018年1月),将这120例脑梗死介入治疗患者按照不同的护理模式分成两组(对照组和观察组),每组病例数均为60例。对照组脑梗死患者在进行介入治疗后,对其进行常规手术护理模式,(病例选取为2016年1月-2017年1月)给予观察组(病例选取时间2017年-2018年1月)脑梗死介入治疗患者实施优质护理服务,比较两组患者术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,组间数据经统计学软件处理:P <0.05。结论:对脑梗死介入治疗后患者实施护理干预有助于降低术后并发症发生,提高患者临床疗效以及预后康复效果,值得广泛应用推荐。
Objective:To explore the related causes and nursing care of complications after interventional treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods:Cerebral infarction patients who received interventional therapy in our hospital were selected for the study,and 120 cases(collection time for January 2016-January 2018)were selected and divided into two groups(the control group and the observation group)according to different nursing mode,with 60 cases in each group.Patients with cerebral infarction in the control group received routine surgical nursing mode after interventional therapy(from January 2016 to January 2017),and the observation group received quality nursing care for patients with cerebral infarction interventional therapy(from January 2017 to January 2018),and the incidence of postoperative complications was compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the data between the groups were processed by statistical software:P<0.05.Conclusion:Nursing intervention for patients after interventional treatment of cerebral infarction was helpful to reduce postoperative complications,improve the clinical efficacy and prognosis of patients,and was worthy of wide application and recommendation.
