摘要
目的:总结社会化问答社区的健康信息需求特点,为优化服务提供支持。方法:以抑郁症为例,从物理需求、情感需求和认知需求3个层面对用户健康信息需求进行分析,根据用户对健康信息的需求描述,进一步细化健康信息需求类型。结果:健康信息消费者的认知需求最广泛,社会角色对健康信息需求的干扰较多,用户对抑郁症健康信息最大的关注点是社会生活以及症状,对预防的关注较为缺乏。结论:社会化问答社区主要满足健康信息消费者的认知需求,不同健康信息需求所受干扰因素不同,社会化问答社区应增加对健康信息消费者的社会支持。
Objective To summarize the characteristics of health information needs on depression in social Q&A community in order to provide support for optimizing its service.Methods The health information needs on depression were analyzed in aspects of its social needs,emotional needs and knowledge needs and were further elaborately divided according to the description of their users.Results The cognitive health information on depression was most widely needed by the users.The health information needs were interfered by social factors.The problems most concerned by health information users were their social life and symptoms but not the prevention of their depression.Conclusion Q&A community is mainly to meet the cognitive needs of health information users.Different health information needs are interfered by different social factors.Social Q&A community should thus strengthen its social support for health information users.
