摘要
目的:观察糖尿病医院-社区一体化管理对糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白和血脂异常的控制效果。方法:选取2017年1-12月在本院住院和门诊的糖尿病患者96例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组各48例。试验组患者给予一体化管理,对照组患者给予常规管理,对两组血糖、血脂变化情况、生活质量、患者满意度进行比较。结果:试验组FBG,HbA1c、LDL-C、TG、TC水平显著较对照组低,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组HDL-C水平、生活质量、患者满意度显著较对照组高,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病医院-社区一体化管理可有效提高患者血糖、血脂达标率,效果显著,值得借鉴。
Objective:To observe the control effect of diabetes hospital-community integrated management on glycosylated hemoglobin and dyslipidemia in diabetic patients.Method:96 cases with diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from June to December 2017 were seleceted,according to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,48 cases in each group.The experimental group was given integrated management,control group was given routine management.statistical analysis The levels of blood glucose and blood lipid changes,quality of life,patients’satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result:The levels of FBG,HbA1c,LDL-C,TG and TC in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The HDL-C level,quality of life and patients’satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated management of diabetes hospital and community can effectively improve the blood glucose and blood lipids reaching the standard rate,the effect is remarkable,and it is worthy of reference.
