摘要
目的研究延续性功能锻炼联合心理护理干预在结肠癌根治术中的应用效果,并观察对患者术后并发症的影响。方法选择2015年6月至2017年6月我院收治的126例结肠癌患者作为研究对象,患者均接受结肠癌根治术治疗,按照随机排列表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各63例。对照组患者采用延续性功能锻炼联合常规护理,研究组患者采用延续性功能锻炼联合心理护理干预。比较两组护理前、后心理状况、生活质量、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均显著降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组PF、RP、BP、CH、VT、SF、RE及MH评分均显著升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论延续性功能锻炼联合心理护理干预可有效提高结肠癌根治术患者的治疗效果及生活质量,改善其心理情绪,降低并发症发生率,更符合患者需求,值得临床应用及推广。
Objective To study the effect of continuous functional exercise combined with psychological nursing intervention in radical resection of colon cancer,and to observe the effect on postoperative complications.Methods A total of 126 patients with colon cancer admitted in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected as study objects.All patients received radical resection of colon cancer,and they were divided into two groups according to random arrangement table,with 63 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given continuous functional exercise combined with routine nursing,while the patients in the study group were given continuous functional exercise combined with psychological nursing intervention.The psychological status,quality of life before and after nursing,occurrence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in both groups decreased significantly,and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of PF,RP,BP,CH,VT,SF,RE and MH in the two groups increased significantly,and those in the study group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous functional exercise combined with psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve the curative effect and quality of life of patients with radical resection of colon cancer,improve their psychological mood,reduce the incidence of complications,which is more in line with the needs of patients and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
