摘要
采用超音速火焰喷涂技术,并选取不同喷涂工艺参数制备了T800涂层的金相试样。利用金相显微镜对涂层组织结构进行了研究,并通过显微硬度测试、表面硬度测试、拉伸试验等测试方法确定涂层的最佳喷涂参数。
In this paper,the metallographic specimens of T800 coating were prepared by HVOF with different spraying parameters.The microstructure of the coating was studied using a metallographic microscope.The best coating parameters for the coating were determined by microhardness test,surface hardness test and tensile test.
