取向电工钢30Q120全流程组织研究

摘要 本实验模拟制取取向电工钢30Q120,分别对热轧、常化、冷轧、脱碳退火和高温退火过程取样,并观察其组织。结果表明:热轧板的组织在厚度上呈现出不均匀的性质,可分为脱碳层、过渡层和中心层;常化板的组织为粗大的铁素体与细小的珠光体,珠光体在心部呈带状分布且晶粒较为清晰;冷轧板组织中的晶粒沿轧向被拉长,形成纤维组织;经脱碳退火后,珠光体消失,组织全部为铁素体,组织变得均匀,平均晶粒尺寸为22μm;经过最终高温退火的成品板组织变得非常粗大,平均晶粒尺寸为18 mm。 In this study,grain-oriented electrical steel 30Q120 is trial produced,and the samples are collected during hot rolling,normalizing,cold rolling,decarburization annealing and high temperature annealing.It is found that the microstructure of the hot rolled sheet is inhomogeneous along thickness,and the organization can be divided into the decarburization layer,the transition layer and the central layer.The microstructure of the normalized sheet is characterized by coarse ferrite and fine pearlite,and the grains of pearlite are clear with banded distribution in the heart.The grains of the cold rolled sheet are elongated along rolling direction,and fibrous tissue is formed.After decarburization annealing,the microstructure is characterized by uniform ferrite with the average grain size of 22 μm,and the pearlite is disappeared.After high temperature annealing,the structure of the finished product become very coarse with the average grain size of 18 mm.
