摘要
部分地方本科院校的工商管理专业由于人才培养目标缺乏特色、培养方案不具应用性、培养方法单一及实践教学师资稀缺等因素,导致所培养的人才质量不高。为此,可以对地方本科院校的工商管理人才采用"产学研"合作协同模式进行培养,即通过产业、学校及研究机构进行一体化合作,搭建"产学研"合作协同育人模式平台,完善"产学研"合作协同育人模式相关制度,建立教学质量监控队伍等措施,有效配置企业、学校及研究机构的资源,实现培养具有创新精神、创业意识和创新创业能力的高素质应用型人才的目标。
In some local undergraduate universities,the quality of the trained talents is not high because the talent training objectives lack characteristics,training programs are not applicable,training methods are single,and practical teaching teachers are scarce.To this end,the business management talents of local undergraduate universities can be cultivated by the"production,study and research"cooperation mode,that is,through the integration cooperation of industry,schools and research institutions.In this process,it is necessary to set up a platform for cooperation of"production,study and research"and improve the relevant system of it.That is,set up a teaching quality monitoring team,effectively allocate the resources of enterprises,schools and research institutions,so as to achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality applied talents with innovative spirit,entrepreneurial awareness and innovative entrepreneurship.
