摘要
单晶金刚石磨粒的机械磨损是其磨粒加工过程中磨损的主要形式之一。利用单颗单晶金刚石磨粒划擦Ta12W,跟踪检测了磨粒划擦过程中磨损体积、磨损率和磨损形貌等机械磨损的变化特征,并监测分析了其机械磨损声发射信号特征参数和时域信号特征。利用G-P算法对金刚石磨粒机械磨损声发射信号进行相空间重构,利用自相关函数法确定了相空间的时间延迟,计算出相空间的双对数图,从而得到金刚石磨粒不同磨损阶段的关联维数。研究结果表明:单晶金刚石磨粒划擦Ta12W的机械磨损声发射信号具有混沌变化特性,随着嵌入维数的增加,其关联维数的变化趋于平稳,关联维数变化幅值与其磨损率基本呈正效应关系。通过基于G-P算法计算分析磨粒划擦过程中声发射关联维特征,进一步揭示单晶金刚石磨粒机械磨损特性。
The mechanical wear is the main form for single crystal diamond abrasive grit in the abrasive machining process.The mechanical wear characteristics such as wear volume,wear rate and wear morphology was investigated during single crystal diamond abrasive grit scratching on Ta12W.The characteristic parameters and time domain of acoustic emission(AE)are detected and analyzed.The phase space of AE signals during the mechanical wear process of diamond grit is reconstructed with G-P algorithm.The time delay of phase space is calculated by the autocorrelation function,and the double logarithmic graph is calculated.The correlation dimension values of diamong grit in different wear stages are calculated.The results show that the AE signals of the mechanical wear for single crystal diamond grit scratching on Ta12W have the property of chaotic characteristics.The variations of correlation dimension tend to stable with the increasing of embedding dimension.The variation amplitude of correlation dimension is positively correlated with the wear rate.The mechanical wear characteristics of single diamond abrasive grit during the scratching process is revealed further by the correlation dimension characteristics analyzed with G-P algorithm.
