摘要
文章主要使用了文献调研、网络调研和案例分析法,对国外与图书馆关联机构或组织提供云服务的现状进行了调查,探讨其服务定位、目标用户、服务形式和服务特点等。与图书馆关联机构或组织提供云服务的主要目的是共享图书馆的资源,避免重复建设和成本浪费,增加图书馆的资源利用率和开放性。从而促使我国图书馆参与提供云服务、共享图书馆资源,也有助于业界更加全面地审视云计算技术与图书馆的关系。
Recently libraries widely use cloud computing technology to improve services levels.However,libraries are not only being users of cloud services,but also being providers.This article studies on the current situation of libraries and related institutions or organizations providing cloud services,to promote Chinese libraries being involved in providing cloud services and sharing their resources,and to help realize the relationship between libraries and cloud computing technology more clearly.This article has studied the current situation and its characteristics of libraries and related institutions or organizations providing cloud services,and explored their service locations,target users,service forms and service characteristics,with literature research method,network research,case analysis.The result shows that libraries and related institutions or organizations providing cloud services,can avoid the duplication of resources construction and the waste of money.This is a new way to reveal resources and supply information services by libraries,which could make resources of libraries be more available.
