摘要
目前我国火力发电厂热控DCS控制系统中顺序控制(SCS)功能模块广泛应用于脱硫系统中的烟气系统、吸收塔系统、制浆系统、石膏脱水系统等分系统中,但顺序控制逻辑的设计也存在不合理性,如步序的设计、步序间的等待时间等等。针对抚州电厂脱硫系统中的脱水系统控制策略进行研究并提出优化设计方案,同时也可以提供给其他兄弟单位进行交流、探讨。
At present,the sequence control(SCS)function module in thermal control DCS control system of thermal power plants in China is widely used in flue gas system,absorption tower system,pulping system and gypsum dewatering system of desulfurization system.However,the design of sequence control logic is also unreasonable,such as the design of sequence and the waiting time between sequences.In this paper,the control strategy of the dehydration system in the desulfurization system of Fuzhou Power Plant is studied and the optimal design scheme is put forward.
