摘要
为了实现千米深井软岩巷道的围岩控制,针对口孜东矿埋深大、岩性软、地应力高等复杂地质条件导致巷道变形大且支护困难的现状,依据地应力测试结果,对比分析了锚网类复合支护和钢管混凝土支护下围岩的破坏方式,提出采用锚架充支护技术并成功应用于实践。实践应用表明,采用锚架充支护技术可有效控制巷道围岩变形,巷道返修率大大降低,巷修人员减少75%以上,经济和社会效益显著提高。
For the purpose of realizing the control of surrounding rock in large deformation soft rock roadway in kilometer deep mine with the complex conditions such as the large buried depth,softness of rock mass and high in-situ stress in Kouzidong Mine,according to the in-situ stress test results,the destruction modes of steel tubular confined concrete support and compound support system of rock bolting and anchor net were compared,the technique of U-shaped bolting steel-filling support system was put forward and successfully implemented.The practical results showed that the application of U-shaped bolting steel-filling support system can effectively control the deformation of roadway surrounding rock,and the roadway repairing rate was greatly reduced and the number of roadway repair works was reduced by more than 75%,which resulted in significant improvement of economic and social benefits.
