摘要
目的了解该院门诊药房盐酸吡格列酮片的使用情况,为该药物的合理临床用药提供参考。方法抽取该院门诊药房2015—2017年药房计算机中盐酸吡格列酮片信息及处方相关数据。统计2015—2017年口服盐酸吡格列酮片患者的性别、年龄、临床诊断。统计盐酸吡格列酮片的数量、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日剂量(DDD)和日均药物费用(DDDc)。结果 2015—2017年患者口服盐酸吡格列酮片数量分别为3 651盒、3 862盒、4 025盒,总金额分别为211 100元、223 300元、232 783元,均呈现逐渐增长的趋势,2016年口服盐酸吡格列酮片男性患者比例(59.50%)较2015年(59.76%)有所下降,而2017年口服盐酸吡格列酮片男性患者比例(60.27%)均较2015年及2016年有所上升,2015—2017年口服盐酸吡格列酮片患者随着年龄的增加口服数量也明显增加,2015—2017年所有年龄段中均以≥71岁的年龄段口服盐酸吡格列酮片比例(38.92%、38.01%、38.93%)最大,该院门诊药房2015—2017年盐酸吡格列酮片DDD均为30 mg,DDDc分别为4.130、4.130、4.131,而2015—2017年盐酸吡格列酮片DDDs(51 114、54 068、56 350)呈现逐年上升的趋势。结论该院门诊药房2015—2017年盐酸吡格列酮片的用量缓慢增加,使用合理性较高。
Objective To understand the use of pioglitazone hydrochloride tablets in the outpatient pharmacy of this hospital,and to provide reference for the rational clinical use of the drug.Methods The information and prescription data of pioglitazone hydrochloride in the pharmacy computer of the hospital outpatient pharmacy from 2015 to 2017 were extracted.The gender,age,and clinical diagnosis of oral pioglitazone hydrochloride tablets in 2015-2017 were counted.The number of pioglitazone tablets,the frequency of administration(DDDs),the defined daily dose(DDD),and the daily average drug cost(DDDc)were counted.Results In 2015-2017,the number of patients taking oral pioglitazone hydrochloride was 3 651 boxes,3 862 boxes,and 4 025 boxes,respectively.The total amount was 211 100 yuan,223 300 yuan,and 232 783 yuan,both of which showed a gradual increase trend.In 2016,oral male pioglitazone tablets were given.The proportion(59.50%)decreased compared with 2015(59.76%),and the proportion of male patients with oral pioglitazone hydrochloride(60.27%)increased in 2015 compared with 2015 and 2016.Patients with oral pioglitazone tablets in 2015-2017 with the increase of age,the oral dose also increased significantly.In all age groups from 2015 to 2017,the proportion of oral pioglitazone hydrochloride(38.92%,38.01%,38.93%)was≥71 years old.The outpatient pharmacy 2015-2017,the DDD of pioglitazone hydrochloride tablets was 30 mg,and the DDDc was 4.130,4.130,4.131,respectively.In 2015-2017,the pitidone hydrochloride tablets DDDs(51 114,54 068,56 350)showed an increasing trend year by year.Conclusion The dosage of pioglitazone hydrochloride in the outpatient pharmacy of the hospital increased slowly from 2015 to 2017,and the rationality was higher.
