摘要
对于交联聚乙烯(cross linked polyethylene,XLPE)电缆的局部放电(以下简称"局放")实验中振荡波加压次数对电缆缺陷局放特性的影响,目前研究较少。为此,制作了一种10 kV XLPE电缆中间接头典型缺陷模型,并对该种缺陷模型按照振荡波电压分别为4.4 kV、8.7 kV、12.2 kV、14.8 kV的顺序逐级加压,且在每个电压等级下加压20次并记录实验数据。根据实验数据分析研究在不同振荡波电压下,加压次数对电缆缺陷的最大局放量、局放脉冲数等特性的影响。研究结果表明:初始加压阶段,由于半导电微小凸起的存在使得最大局放量较小而局放脉冲数较大;振荡波电压值增加后,半导电尖刺末端的局放逐渐成为主导,最大局放量与局放脉冲数随着加压次数的增加而呈现减小的趋势。
In partial discharge (PD) tests on the XLPE cables,the oscillating voltage test can simulate actual operation of the cable and the equipment used is small and light.But there are few studies at home and abroad on influence of oscillating voltage exciting times on PD characteristics of cable defects.Therefore,a kind of typical defect model of 10 kV XLPE cable intermediate joint was made manually and the defect model was excited step by step in the order of 4.4 kV,8.7 kV,12.2 kV and 14.8 kV.According to the test data,the paper analyzes and studies the influence of exciting times on characteristics of cable defects such as the maximum PD amount and the amount of PD pulses under different oscillating voltage level.The research results indicate that in the initial exciting stage,the maximum PD amount is smaller while the amount of PD pulses is larger due to the existence of semi-conductive tiny bumps.After the oscillating voltage has increased,PD is gradually dominated by PD at the end of semi-conductive spine.Moreover,the maximum PD amount and the amount of PD pulses decrease with the increasing of exciting times.
