摘要
随着"一带一路"倡议的实施,高校公共外语教育面临新的挑战,要顺应"一带一路"的发展,以"一带一路"范围内不同国家和民族的交往、沟通、合作和竞争为前提,亟待转型。文章以高校公共外语教育发展的新趋势为出发点,论证高校公共外语教育的转型方向,指出高校公共外语教育应从"单一型"向"多元型",从"工具型"向"人文交流型",从"外语人才"向"复合型人才"转变。为实现转变,国家层面需投入资源,统一规划,健全体系;高校层面需在明确教学任务及培养目标后,改革课程设置,组建师资队伍,促进交流合作,改善教学方式,提高学术水平。文中的对策与建议如得到有效实施,将逐步完成高校公共外语教育的适应性调整,更好地为"一带一路"服务。
With the implementation of“The Belt and Road Initiative”,the public foreign language education in colleges universities is facing new challenges.In order to conform to the development of“The Belt and Road Initiative”,the public foreign language education in colleges and universities should be based on the communication,cooperation and competition between different countries and nationalities in the area of the belt and road.And it is urgent for the public foreign language education to conduct a transformation.Starting from the new trend of the development of public foreign language education,this paper demonstrates the transformation direction of public foreign language education in colleges and universities.It is pointed out that the public foreign language education should be changed from“single-type”to“multi-type”,from“tool type”to“people to people and cultural exchange type”,and from“foreign language talents”to“compound talents”.In order to achieve this,the author puts forward that at the national level,resources should be invested,unified planning should be made,and sound system should be established.At the university level,with the definition of teaching tasks and educational objectives,universities should reform curriculum,set up staff,promote the exchange and cooperation,improve teaching methods and the academic level.If the countermeasures and suggestions in this paper are adopted and effectively implemented,the adaptive adjustment of public language education in universities will be gradually completed,so as to serve the development of“The Belt and Road Initiative”.
