摘要
我国是有核果类生产大国,但果类去核的机械化程度低,大部分仍然依靠人工去核,效率低且不卫生。而目前国内的去核机普遍存在着自动化程度低、果肉损失率较高、适用性和通用性差、去核后果肉的完整性差等问题。在分析现有的去核机结构和功能的基础上,提出了一种新型的多功能全自动去核机。通过间歇式凸轮机构和凸轮机构实现间歇运动和往复运动;设计出一种槽洞和扶正装置精确定位;通过更换扇形板实现对不同有核果物的去核过程。最后利用SolidWorks对去核机进行三维建模。
China is a big country in stone fruit production,but fruit destoning has a low degree of mechanization.Most of it still relies on artificial fruit destoning,which is inefficient and unsanitary.At present,the domestic fruit destoner generally has problems such as low automation,high loss rate of sarcocarp,poor applicability and versatility,and poor integrity of sarcocarp after fruit destoning.Based on the analysis of the existing fruit destoner structure and function,a new type of multifunctional automatic fruit destoner is proposed.Intermittent motion and reciprocating motion are realized by intermittent cam mechanism and cam mechanism;a precise positioning of the slot and the righting device is designed;the destoning process for different stone fruits is realized by replacing the sector plate.Finally,three-dimensional modeling of fruit destoner is performed using SolidWorks.
