摘要
青海省西宁市积极践行"绿水青山就是金山银山"的发展理念,抢抓治水新机遇,以西宁市被水利部列为全国首批水生态文明城市建设试点为契机,努力探索青藏高原生态脆弱欠发达地区缺水城市的绿色发展之路。经过3年的试点建设,初步形成了以湟水河为"彩带",湖、渠、库、湿地为"明珠",彩带明珠交织贯通的区域性大水网系统和城市水环境生态圈,形成了可复制、可推广的试点经验。
Located in ecological-fragile and less developed area of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,Xining City in Qinhai Province,under the conviction of“lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”,commits to follow the path of green development.After three years of pilot project construction,a big water network formed by the Huangshui River and other lakes,canals,reservoirs and wetlands has been established,which can play a demonstration role to other similar regions.
