摘要
目的研究经阴道及腹部彩色多普勒超声在子宫肌瘤与子宫腺肌瘤鉴别诊断中的临床意义。方法选择本院于2017年2月至2018年4月收治的子宫肌瘤患者(77例)与子宫腺肌瘤患者(33例),对患者才采用阴道彩超和腹部彩超检查,比较检查的结果与病理学检验的符合率。结果经过阴道彩超和腹部彩超检查与手术病理学检查的结果符合率为97.27%。其中,子宫肌瘤超声诊断为75例,经过手术病理学诊断,有77例,其中出现2例误诊以及1例漏诊;子宫腺肌瘤超声诊断为32例,经过手术病理学诊断为33例,其中出现1例误诊。结论在子宫肌瘤与子宫腺肌瘤鉴别诊断中,使用经阴道及腹部彩色多普勒超声联合检查,准确率高,可以降低漏诊以及误诊的发生率,进而采取更好的治疗方案。
Objective To study the clinical significance of transvaginal and abdominal color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of uterine fibroids and uterine adenomyoma.Methods Selected patients with uterine fibroids(77 cases)and uterine adenomyoma(33 cases)who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to April 2018.Only vaginal color ultrasonography and abdominal color ultrasonography were performed on the patients.The rate of coincidence with the pathological examination.Results The coincidence rate was 97.27%after transvaginal ultrasonography and abdominal color Doppler ultrasound examination and surgical pathological examination.Among them,ultrasound diagnosis of uterine fibroids was 75 cases.After surgical pathological diagnosis,there were 77 cases,of which 2 cases were misdiagnosed and 1 case was missed.Ultrasound diagnosis of uterine adenomyoma was 32 cases,33 cases were diagnosed by surgical pathology.One case of misdiagnosis occurred.Conclusion In the differential diagnosis of uterine fibroids and uterine adenomyoma,the use of transvaginal and abdominal color Doppler ultrasound combined examination,high accuracy,can reduce the incidence of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,and then take a better treatment program.
