摘要
为了促进应用型检测人才的培养,结合分析化学及物理化学实验课程的特点,设计了以1,8-萘酰亚胺探针对乳品真蛋白乳品中酪蛋白进行定量分析的综合实验。该实验涵盖新结构荧光探针的制备、聚集诱导发光机理的研究等知识点。首先,制备含双羧基1,8-萘酰亚胺探针,经溶剂化效应考察分子发光机理;之后,采用荧光显微技术及分子光谱手段表征发光复合物及聚集诱导发光机理的研究。重点培养学生通过荧光显微技术及分子光谱等方法对酪蛋白的检测与分析。该综合实验设计涉及食品检测分析研究,且实验的可操作性强,应用范围广,具有良好的教学效果,对培养学生的分析检测能力、动手能力以及科学研究水平有良好的促进作用。
In order to adapt to the requirements for cultivating the application-oriented talents,a comprehensive experiment of the detection of 1,8-naphthamide probe in dairy real protein been designed by considering the specialty of Analytical chemistry and physical chemistry.The content of this experiment includes the preparation of new structure fluorescent probes,the study on the mechanism of agglomeration induced luminescence,etc.First,the preparation of a dicarboxylic 1,8-naphthyl imide probe was prepared,and the molecular luminescence mechanism was investigated by the solvent effect.After that,fluorescence microscopy and molecular spectroscopy were used to characterize the luminescence complex and the mechanism of agglomeration induced luminescence.This experiment focuses on training students to detect and analysis of casein by fluorescence microscopy and molecular spectroscopy.The integrated design of experiment involving food testing analysis and research,which exhibits strong maneuverability,widely scope of application,better teaching effect,is conductive to the analytical ability,practical ability and scientific research level of students.
