盆底肌按摩对薄型子宫内膜患者行冷冻胚胎移植妊娠结局的影响被引量：1

摘要目的:观察盆底肌按摩治疗对既往因内膜薄取消移植周期的行冷冻胚胎移植(FET)患者妊娠结局的影响。方法:收治在本中心因内膜薄取消移植周期的拟行FET患者304例,随机分成对照组(152例)和观察组(152例),两组均采用人工周期进行内膜准备,观察组在人工周期准备内膜的基础上给予盆底肌按摩干预治疗。结果:对照组患者临床妊娠率及胚胎着床率低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后对照组患者内膜增长值及转化日内膜厚度低于观察组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后转化日内膜(A+B)型比例高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用于子宫内膜生长不良患者的FET周期中的盆底肌按摩干预治疗能够加深子宫内膜厚度,有助于提高胚胎着床率,改善子宫内膜容受性,改善妊娠结局。
