无人机遥感技术在生产建设项目水土保持监测中的应用——以清远抽水蓄能电站为例 被引量:15

摘要 生产建设项目水土保持监测是准确掌握项目建设水土流失动态变化和水土保持措施实施效果的重要手段与基础性工作。传统的地面监测已经不能完全满足当前监测工作的需要,无人机遥感作为获取空间数据的重要手段之一,具有机动灵活、实时传输、影像分辨率高等特点,是卫星遥感的重要补充。在分析现有监测手段和方法的基础上,结合生产建设项目水土保持监测的特点和需要,以清远抽水蓄能电站为例,对无人机遥感技术在生产建设项目水土保持监测中的适用性进行了探讨,该技术是一种快速获取项目水土保持信息的有效方式,是提高水土保持监测工作精度、效率及自动化程度的一种重要工具。 Construction project of soil and water conservation monitoring is an important means and basic work for accurately grasping the dynamic change of soil and water loss and implementing effect of soil and water conservation project construction measures.Traditional ground monitoring has been unable to fully meet the needs of the current work,UAV remote sensing as an important means of spatial data,with flexible,real-time transmission,higher resolution image characteristics is an important complement to remote sensing satellite.Based on the analysis of existing monitoring tools and methods,combined with the characteristics and needs of the monitoring,Qingyuan Pumped Storage Power Plant as an example,the applicability of UAV Remote Sensing Technology in construction projects are discussed,and results show it is an effective way to quickly get project information of soil and water conservation,also to improve the soil and water conservation monitoring accuracy,efficiency and degree of automation.
