摘要
2018年是我国茶学泰斗、杰出茶学家庄晚芳先生诞辰110周年。庄晚芳先生是现代茶学学科体系的奠基人、杰出茶学教育家,是现代茶文化研究和中国茶德倡导者,是茶树原产地和变种分类研究的开创者,是现代名茶产业发展的开拓者以及爱国革命者。庄先生的九字箴言"天地人,你我他,昨今明"的"天人合一"思想以及他爱国、爱茶、敬业的崇高茶德精神,将永远激励着世界茶人奋发前进。
2018 is the 110 th anniversary of the birth of famous Tea Master Zhuang Wan-fang. The great feats and contributions of Professor Zhuang Wan-Fang to tea science and tea industry were summarized in this paper,based on existing publications and accessible information. It is proposed that Professor Zhuang Wan-Fang is the founder of modern tea science discipline system and outstanding educator of tea science. He is the advocate of a modern Chinese tea culture and tea virtues. He is the pioneer of the study on tea plant taxonomy and origin of tea. He is the pioneer of modern famous tea industry and also a patriotic revolutionist. Professor Zhuang’ s nine-character motto of " The heaven-the earth-the human being,you-me-him( her),yesterday-today-tomorrow" reflects the spirit " nature and humanity". His lofty spirits of patriotism,loving tea and dedicating to work,will always inspire the world’s tea people to forge ahead.
