基于故障树理论的燃气轮机易损部件备件数量对可靠性影响分析 被引量:3

摘要 储备一定数量种类的备品备件是保障装备在使用中能够提高装备可靠性从而完成各项任务的重要措施。相对于陆上,舰艇上备件的储备空间及条件均相对较差,因而就要求在保障装备的可靠性的前提下尽可能减少备件的储备量。本文基于某型舰艇燃气轮机发电系统结构,利用故障树分析方法,定量分析研究动力系统中易损部件备件数量对可靠性的影响,从而获得最优的备件储备方案。研究结果对于制定和优化燃气轮机备件储备提供科学依据。 Reserveing a certain number of spare parts is an important measure to ensure that equipment can improve equipment reliability and accomplish various tasks. Compared with the land,the reserve space and conditions of the spare parts on the ship are relatively poor,so it is required to reduce the reserve of spare parts as much as possible under the premise of ensuring the reliability of the equipment. Based on the structure of a certain type of naval gas turbine power generation system,this paper uses the fault tree analysis method to quantitatively analyze the impact of the number of spare parts in the power system on the reliability,so as to obtain the optimal spare parts reserve plan. The results provide a scientific basis for developing and optimizing gas turbine spare parts reserves.
