摘要
本文以江苏省沿江港口(江阴港、常州港),内河港口(淮安港、徐州港)以及沿海港口(盐城港)为调研对象,通过资料收集、现场踏勘等方式,调查典型港口码头废水处理设施的建设及运营状况,分析江苏省港口码头水污染防治现状存在的问题,在此基础上以2016年为基准年,估算江苏省港口码头废水污染物入河量,分析其对江苏省、太湖流域以及京杭运河苏北段等水环境敏感区域的影响程度。
Taking the Yangtze river port(Jiangyin port,Changzhou port),inland port(port of Huai'an,Xuzhou port)and coastal ports(Yancheng port)in Jiangsu Province as the research objects,through questionnaire surveys and field investigation methods,this paper analyses the problem current situation of pollution control at the ports in Jiangsu province.Based on that and taking 2016 as the base year,estimating the quantity of the wastewater pollutants discharge into the river at the ports in Jiangsu province and analyzing the influence degree of it on the water environmental sensitive areas like the Jiangsu province,the Taihu lake basin,and the north section of Beijing-Hangzhou canal,etc.
