摘要
电力机车轮对磨耗是轮轨关系研究中的重要内容,而轮对是机车的重要部件,出现故障时对提速造成较大制约,严重时还会导致停运,给机车的使用效率和运行安全带来极大负面影响,不利于铁路行业的可持续发展,降低轮对磨耗就成为铁路发展的关键因素。机车轮对磨耗常见的故障是踏面圆周磨耗、擦伤、剥离,滚动接触疲劳,不规则磨损,轮缘磨损,轮辋裂纹等。本文对电力机车轮对磨耗进行研究,为电力机车轮对的磨耗降低提供一定参考。
The wear of electric machine wheels is an important part of the study of wheel-rail relationship,and the wheelset is an important part of the locomotive.In the event of a failure,it will cause greater constraints on speed increase,and in severe cases,it will lead to outage,which will have a great negative impact on the application efficiency and operational safety of the locomotive,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of the railway industry.Reducing wheel wear is a key factor in railway development.Common forms of wear on the wheel of the machine are tread circumferential wear,abrasion,peeling,rolling contact fatigue,and irregular wear.Flange wear,rim cracks,etc.This paper studies the wear of electric machine wheels and provides a reference for the wear reduction of electric machine wheel pairs.
