摘要
以3区5层共15个仓位的自动化立体仓库模型为例,介绍立体仓库控制系统的组成及控制要求,设计电气控制原理图并完成器件选型与安装。该控制系统能根据货物质量大小选择相应仓位储存,从而实现自动存放货物功能。该系统还运用昆仑通态MCGS软件制作人机界面,为用户提供直观的、操作方便的实时监控系统。该设计为企业物流仓储系统实现储存效益最大化和实时监控可视化提供了解决方案。
The composition and control requirements of the three-dimensional warehouse control system are introduced with the example of an automatic warehouse model with 15 positions in 3 zones and 5 floors.The electrical control principle diagram is designed and the device selection and installation are completed.With the control system,the right storage position can be located according to the different mass of goods so as to automatically store the goods.Meanwhile,the system also makes use of Kunlun Tongtai MCGS software to make a simulation friendly human-computer interface,providing users with a convenient and intuitive real-time monitoring system.It provides the enterprise logistics storage system a feasible solution to the maximum storage efficiency and real-time monitoring visualization.
