摘要
针对LK6807B型号机床的功能需求,集成了一套通用化机床。机床结构采用模块化设计方式,控制部分利用西门子840D sl型号数控系统集成,实现三轴伺服进给位置全闭环控制,开发自动化编程、加工过程监控等控制功能。整机系统已投入使用,集成极具通用性和高性价比。
For the function needs of LK6807B type machining, integrated a universal machining. The structure designs use of modules structure design ways, control parts use of the Siemens 840D sl model CNC system integration, associated three - axis servo feed, positions loop - locked control, automatic program, machining process monitor control etc control functions. The complete system was used in the factory, integration extremely commonality, and highly cost-effective.
