摘要
目的比较妇康片与去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法将本院收治的240例更年期功能失调性子宫出血患者作为研究对象,按照入院单双号顺序分为2组,每组各120例。2组入院经妇科检查、超声检查等确诊为更年期功血后,均行常规治疗。对照组服用妇康片,观察组服用去氧孕烯炔雌醇片,2组均持续治疗3个月经周期。比较2组疗效,观察治疗前后血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0. 05); 2组治疗前FSH、LH、E2、P水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05); 2组治疗后FSH、LH、E2均显著下降(P <0. 05),观察组治疗后以上指标均显著低于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论妇康片与去氧孕烯炔雌醇均为治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血的有效手段,去氧孕烯炔雌醇疗效优于妇康片,改善激素水平作用更显著,且安全性更好。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of Fukang Tablets,Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets in the treatment of menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods A total of 240 patients with menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups according to the order of odd and even numbers,with 120 cases in each group.The patients of two groups were treated by routine treatment when confirmed as menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding by gynecological examination,ultrasound examination.The control group was given Fukang Tablets,while the observation group was given Deoxypregnane Estradiol Tablets.Both groups were given continuous treatment for 3 menstrual cycles.The curative effect,serum follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E 2)and progesterone(P)levels and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in FSH,LH,E 2 and P levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).FSH,LH and E 2 levels in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05).FSH,LH and E 2 levels in the observation group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had significantly lower incidence of adverse reactions than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fukang Tablets and Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets are effective methods in treating menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding,but Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets is safer and has superior efficacy in improving hormone levels in patients with menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
