摘要
针对目前LED作为藻类植物光源出现的光照不均匀、藻类生产品质较低的问题,对LED光源的照度均匀性进行了研究。采用斯派罗法则、粒子群算法、模拟退火粒子群算法对2种形状的LED阵列布局进行优化,并对优化后的LED阵列进行了仿真。结果表明:LED间的距离对照度的强度和均匀性有一定的影响,在满足藻类对光照需求的前提下,采用粒子群算法对矩形LED阵列和三角形LED阵列进行优化,可大大提高其照度均匀性,其均匀性可达83%,有利于LED藻类植物光源的研究和藻类的生产。
The illumination uniformity of LED light source was studied for the illumination uniformity problem and low quality of algae production caused by LED algae light source. The Sparrow rule,particle swarm optimization algorithm and simulated annealing particle swarm optimization algorithm were used to optimize the layout of the two LED arrays,and an experiment simulation was carried out for the optimized LED array. The results show that the distance between LED has a certain influence on the intensity and uniformity of illumination. On the premise of meeting the needs of algae,the rectangular LED array and triangular LED array are optimized by utilizing particle swarm algorithm,which can greatly improve its illumination uniformity,and its uniformity can reach 83%. It is beneficial to the research of LED algae light source and the production of algae.
