摘要
[目的]探讨卵巢癌者行腹腔热灌注的临床护理,促进患者康复。[方法]对20例卵巢癌患者采取针对性的腹腔热灌注化疗护理,观察患者疗效。[结果]经过各期护理和康复指导,有效18例,2例因术后肠梗阻暂停腹腔热灌注,经过对症治疗和护理,肠功能恢复,再行后续腹腔热灌注。[结论]对卵巢癌术后腹腔热灌注的精心护理,可以显著提高疗效,提高患者的生活质量。
[Objective] To explore the clinical application of Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy(HIPEC)in the surgical treatment of ovarian cancer and its perioperative nursing for better recovery. [Methods] After being treated with HIPEC,20 ovarian cancer patients received targeted perioperative nursing and were observed for the effect. [Results] With targeted nursing and guidance,18 patients got the effective changes. 2 patients, due to post-operative bowel obstruction, postponed the treatment of HIPEC until they recovered from the obstruction. [Conclusions] the targeted perioperative nursing with HIPEC can vitally improve the treatment effect and the living quality of the ovarian cancer patients.
