摘要
针对无线电引信抗干扰效能评估课题中专家权重确定方法单一、指标隶属度确定随意,易导致效能误判的问题,提出一种基于专家集成赋权-灰色聚类的抗干扰效能评估方法。该方法首先基于已有理论成果建立了评估指标体系;而后采用基于判断矩阵相似度和信息熵的集成赋权法分配不同专家相应的权重值,进而得到各指标权重即灰色聚类权;最后,通过灰色聚类法对各指标按聚类权进行量化评估。应用实例表明,提出的专家集成赋权-灰色聚类评估方法的可行性、优越性。
Aiming at the problem that the expert weight determination method is single and the index membership degree is arbitrary in the subject of radio fuze anti-jamming effectiveness evaluation,which is liable to cause efficiency misjudgment.According to the index system of radio fuze anti-jamming effectiveness evaluation,based on the theory of group decision,a method for evaluating the effectiveness of anti-jamming based on expert integrated weighting and grey clustering was proposed.The evaluation index system was first established based on the existing theoretical results,and then the weights of different experts were assigned by an integrated weighting method based on similarity of judgment matrix and information entropy,and then the weight of each index was obtained.Finally,the grey clustering method was used to quantitatively evaluate each index according to clustering weight.The application examples showed the feasibility and superiority of the expert integrated weight-grey clustering evaluation method.
