摘要
冶金技术专业作为高职院校教育体系中重要的组成部分,其由于专业的特殊性,只能通过校企合作的方式来提升人才培养的质量。基于此,本文就结合我国目前高等职业教育的特点,基于高职院校人才培养模式的实践,对工学结合人才培养模式进行探索与实践,希望能够为相关教育工作者提供参考借鉴。
Metallurgical technology specialty is an important part of higher vocational education system.Because of its specialty,it can only improve the quality of personnel training through School-enterprise cooperation.Based on this,this paper combines the characteristics of China's current higher vocational education,based on the practice of talent training mode in Higher Vocational colleges,explores and practices the talent training mode of work-study combination,hoping to provide reference for relevant educators.
