摘要
闽南师范大学环境类专业以地方优势产业集群需求和学生工程素质、能力培养发展为导向,以"三强"(即适应能力强、技术能力强、创新意识强)为特色的思路,通过课程体系、实践模式改革和师资队伍建设,搭建"工程应用能力培养"和"特色创新培养"两条主线,构建了"一转变、二主线、三模块、四层次、多平台"应用创新人才培养模式,提高学生应用创新能力。
The environment specialty group optimization base on the local industrial clusters demand and personnel training for engineering technology and innovation in Minnan Normal University was mainly discussed.In this way,two patterns about“engineering application ability training”and“characteristic innovation training”were set up.The training thinking for good adaptability,technical ability and innovation consciousness were adopted by curriculum system,practice mode innovation and teaching staff strengthen.After innovation,the applied and creative ability raining mode was built base on“one shift,two mainline,three modules,four level,multi-platform”.It will promote the applied and creative ability for students.
