摘要
目的探讨广东省名中医吴伟教授运用膏方防治心系疾病的用药规律。方法收集广州中医药大学第一附属医院2017年10月—2018年3月吴伟教授门诊防治心系疾病的膏方处方,应用软件进行数据挖掘,分析吴伟教授运用膏方防治心系疾病的用药规律。结果纳入病例163例,处方163首,药物共计255味。处方中高频心系疾病为胸痹心痛(60);频次最高的前3位药物为丹参(108)、黄芩(100)、川芎(93);相关度为8,惩罚度为3,应用复杂系统熵聚类的层次聚类分析演化出3～6味药核心组合12组,前三位的组合为"赤芍、桃仁、红花""黄酒、山萸肉、知母、地骨皮""熟党参、陈皮、蜂蜜",挖掘了"赤芍、桃仁、红花、毛冬青、川芎、降香"等新处方6首。结论吴伟教授运用膏方防治心系疾病多用清热、活血、滋阴、化痰之品,佐以"和中"之品,体现其临证防治心系疾病"以心为本、五脏相关、活血化瘀为要、佐以清热、滋阴、化痰"的学术思想。
Objective To probe into the rule of Chinese medicine paste prescription for the prevention and treatment of heart disease by famous professor Wu Wei.Methods The prescriptions of Chinese Medicine paste prescription for the prevention and treatment of heart disease by Professor Wu Wei from October2017to March2018were collected.The data were analyzed by data mining.Results A total of163cases of163prescriptions and255drugs were analyzed.The high frequency heart disease in the prescription was chest stuffiness and chest pain(60).The top3drugs with the highest intermediate frequency were Salvia miltiorrhiza(108),Scutellaria baicalensis(100),Chuanxiong(93).The correlation was8and the penalty was3.The top three combinations were"red peony,peach kernel,safflower""yellow wine,cornus,Anemarrhena,cortex lycii radicis""cooked Codonopsis pilosula,pericarpium citri reticulatae,honey"and"Radix Paeoniae rubra,peach kernel,safflower,hairy holly root,Ligusticum wallichii,lignum acronychiae"and other six new prescriptions were excavated.Conclusion Professor Wu Wei used paste prescription to prevent and cure heart diseases,which mainly were the goods with properties of clearing heat,activating blood,nourishing yin,resolving phlegm,and combining with drugs of"regulating the middle warmer".It embodied its clinical academic thought of preventing and curing heart diseases:"based on the heart,related to the five viscera,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,assisting with clearing away heat and nourishing yin,resolving phlegm".
