摘要
针对长城能化公司甲醇精馏工段加压塔再沸器(换热器)腐蚀的情况,分别从介质性质、工作原理、腐蚀部位形貌等方面,分析了加压塔再沸器腐蚀泄漏的原因,通过采取对换热管涂敷耐腐蚀涂料、定期分析监测蒸汽凝液COD值及保持工况稳定等措施,控制了加压塔再沸器的腐蚀泄漏,维持了生产的正常运行。
With respect to the corrosion of pressure column heat exchanger(reboiler)in methanol distillation section of Great Wall Energy and Chemical Co.,Ltd.,the cause of corrosion and leakage of pressure column reboiler were analyzed from the aspects of medium property,working principle and morphology of corrosion location,etc.The corrosion and leakage of pressure column reboiler were controlled through such measures as applying anticorrosive coatings on heat exchanger tube,regular analysis and monitoring of COD value of steam condensate,and maintaining stable working conditions.Thus,the normal production was ensured.
