摘要
该文探讨了四川农业大学动物营养研究所细胞培养室的设计、建设和管理办法。依照"空气洁净度分级标准"中空气洁净度为十万级的要求,对细胞培养室进行了设计和建设,并在使用过程中制定了一系列的管理制度。通过科学的设计建设和严格管理,该细胞培养室的环境条件均符合国家有关标准,已处于良好的运行阶段。实践证明,只有通过科学的设计和建设以及规范的管理才能保证细胞培养室的正常运行。
This paper explores the design,construction and management methods of the cell culture room of Animal Nutrition Institute of SiChuan Agricultural University.According to the requirements of air cleanliness level of 100,000 in the“Air Cleanliness Grading Standard”,the cell culture room is designed and constructed,and a series of management systems are formulated during use.Only through scientific design,construction and standardized management,the environment conditions of the cell culture laboratory are in line with relevant national standards and are in good operational stage.Practice has proved that only through the scientific design,construction and standardized management can ensure the normal operation of the cell culture room.
