摘要
老城区普遍存在建设密度高、管线密集、地下空间复杂等特征,近年来随着建设用地的使用殆尽,向存量土地和地下要发展空间已成为老城区焕发新生的主要模式,这也为业已成熟的市政管线带来承载能力不足、空间被挤压、改造难度加大等一系列问题。为破解城市二次开发与市政管线间的矛盾,本文以深圳市福田区为例,结合市政管线综合规划编制,以精细管理为目标,以"空间统筹"、"通道集约"、"竖向预控"、"实施协同"为路径,提出了市政管线空间管控的规划思路和方法,并在福田区市政管线综合规划建设中予以了实践,希望冀此文,能为其他城市开展同类工作提供参考和借鉴。
Old urban areas are generally characterized by high construction density,dense pipelines and complex underground space.In recent years,with the exhaustion of construction land,the development of space to the stock of land and underground has become the main mode of regeneration of old urban areas,which has also brought about insufficient bearing capacity for mature municipal pipelines,space is squeezed.A series of problems such as difficulty of transformation and so on.In order to solve the contradiction between urban secondary development and municipal pipelines,this paper takes Futian District of Shenzhen City as an example,combines the compilation of comprehensive planning of municipal pipelines,takes fine management as the goal,and puts forward the planning of spatial management and control of municipal pipelin es by taking“space overall planning”,“channel intensive”,“vertical pre-control”and“implementation synergy”as the path.The ideas and methods are put into practice in the comprehensive planning and construction of municipal pipelines in Futian District.It is hoped that this article can provide reference for other cities to carry out similar work.
