摘要
miR-135b在多种生物学过程中发挥重要调控作用,在许多疾病的诊断、治疗上有重要意义,受到广泛的关注。miR-135b在多种类型的肿瘤中有类似癌基因的作用,在肿瘤组织较癌旁组织中表达明显升高,可通过作用于多种生物学通路促进肿瘤细胞增殖、迁移、侵袭、促进肿瘤血管生成,影响肿瘤患者的生存预后。此外,miR-135b在肿瘤患者血清中是表达也有增高,与肿瘤的恶性程度相关,表明miR-135b可能作为诊断恶性肿瘤的一种新型标志物,在恶性肿瘤的治疗上是一个新的靶点,具有重要的临床意义。
miR-135b plays an important role in a variety of biological processes.It has great significance in the diagnosis and treatment of many diseases and has received extensive attention.miR-135b has the role of oncogene in various types of tumor,and the expression in the tumor tissue is significantly higher than that in the paracancerous tissue.It can promote tumor cell proliferation,migration,invasion,and promote angiogenesis of tumor by acting on various biological pathways,which affects the survival prognosis of tumor patients.In addition,the expression of miR-135b in the serum of tumor patients is also increased,which is related to the malignancy of tumors.This indicates that miR-135b may be a new marker for the diagnosis of malignant tumor,and it is a new target in the treatment of malignant tumor,which has great clinical significance.
