摘要
厌氧氨氧化反应是指在厌氧条件下,Anammox菌以亚硝酸盐为电子受体,将氨转化为氮气的脱氮过程。该工艺相对于传统脱氮过程的优势在于无需额外添加碳源,且污泥少,在高氨氮废水的处理方面具有广阔的应用前景。但Anammox菌生长速率低限制了该工艺的推广应用,本文总结了影响Anammox菌生长的主要因素,分别为基质和底物、溶解氧浓度、有机物和亚铁离子。
Anaerobic ammonium oxidation refers to the denitrification process in which Anammox bacteria use nitrite as an electron acceptor to convert ammonia into nitrogen under anaerobic conditions.The advantage of this process over the traditional denitrification process is that there is no need to add additional carbon sources,and there is less sludge,which has broad application prospects in the treatment of high ammonia nitrogen wastewater.However,the low growth rate of Anammox bacteria limits the application of this process.This paper summarizes the main factors affecting the growth of Anammox bacteria,including matrix and substrate,dissolved oxygen concentration,organic matter and ferrous ions.
