摘要
为解决新入网的变电站(发电厂)接入调试AVC系统时实时库数据可能出错的问题,设计并开发了AVC数据支撑系统。该系统根据厂站类型,先确定数据模式,根据AVC系统应用实时库的基础数据,进行数据拓扑识别,然后进行数据关系映射,再调取不同厂站、设备、母线等数据模板,分析计算所需相应的数据,生成AVC系统应用实时库所需的控制数据。AVC数据支撑系统在呼和浩特供电局开展应用后,优化了接入新厂站时的流程,缩短了AVC系统的调试时间,为调度自动化运行管理提供了技术支撑。
In order to solve the problem that the real-time database data goes wrong when the new substation(power plant)is connected to the AVC system,the data support system of AVC system is designed and developed in this paper.According to the type of plant and station,the system first determines the data pattern.According to the basic data of the real-time database of AVC system,the system carries on the data topology identification and the data relation mapping.Then it obtains data template of different plant station,equipment and bus line.The system analysis and calculation requires corresponding data and generates the control data needed for the real-time database of AVC system.The results show that the system is feasible and applicable.The system provides technical support for operation and management of dispatching automation.
