摘要
本文以四面刨床刨切作为研究对象,进行了木材表面刨切过程中刀轴进给调整和压辊组件动作过程的研究;对侧面刨切刀轴和上压水平刀轴的进给调整过程进行了分析,并对板材运输和表面刨切过程中的压辊进给调整的工作原理进行了叙述;最后针对该四面刨床刨切使用过程中的一些安全措施进行了阐明,为提高生产效率和安全生产提供了指导建议。
In this paper,we take the four-planer cutting as the research ob ject,and study the adjustment of the feed axis of the tool during the planing process.Then describe feed adjustment process of the side planing knife shaft and the upper pressurizing knife shaft in detail,and study the working principle of the feed adjustment of the press roll in the sheet transport and the surface cutting process.At last,study some safety measures during the use of the fou r-faced planer to provide guidance for improving production efficiency and safety in production.
