摘要
针对自然灾害现场北斗位置报灾与后方信息系统平台中多元自然灾害数据的一致性空间关联与调度问题,基于地球剖分网格框架提出了一种以灾害现场北斗减灾信息终端上报灾情的剖分网格定位为导向的多元灾害数据剖分网格区位关联调度模式。通过定义自然灾害北斗位置报灾定位的剖分网格尺度与编码,建立了一种新的整型剖分网格区位编码关联检索方法,以此构建以灾害现场剖分网格区位为服务中心的多元自然灾害数据一体化空间区位关联调度机制。
Aiming at the consistent geospatial location correlation and scheduling problems between the disaster information from the BeiDou location reporting of the disaster scene and the multiple disaster data of the rear platform information system,a kind of multiple disaster data grid correlation scheduling mode,which is oriented to the positioning grid of BeiDou location reporting based on the global subdivision grid,is put forward.First of all,the global subdivision grid scale and the subdivision grid coding of BeiDou location reporting are defined,then a new method of integer grid coding correlation retrieval is established,hereby the integrated geospatial location correlation scheduling mechanism of multiple disaster data around the positioning grid of the disaster site is established.
