摘要 本文论述了接触氧化法污水处理工艺中泡沫形成的原因、危害及控制方法,并以豫西某银铅矿生活区污水处理站为例,探讨了阳离子聚丙烯酰胺作为消泡剂在解决泡沫问题中的实际应用。研究发现,泡沫主要是由于四季交换气温、水温变化时对环境适应性更强的丝状菌属异常增殖造成的。采用喷洒水、投加消泡剂等简单易操作的物理化学方法,可以在短期内消除泡沫,是生产实践中经常采用的方法。 In this paper,the causes,hazards and control methods of foam formation in the contact oxidation process were discussed.Taking the sewage treatment station of a silver lead mine living area in western Henan Province as an example,the practical application of cationic polyacrylamide as a defoamer in solving the bubble problem was discussed.It was found that foam was mainly caused by abnormal proliferation of filamentous bacteria which was more adaptable to the environment when the temperature and water temperature change over the four seasons.The simple and easy physical and chemical methods such as spraying water,adding defoamer and so on can eliminate foam in a short time,which was a common method in production practice.
