摘要
招金矿业拥有从勘探、开采、加工到冶炼为一体的完整专业化黄金和有色金属产业链,整个生产工艺流程中涉及大量的油润滑设备,用到的润滑油种类达307种。通过润滑可靠性评估、油品选型优化、现场标准化提升、润滑管理体系宣贯等润滑管理专项的开展,润滑油种类下降为37种,油品年采购费用下降20%多,设备润滑可靠性大幅提升,有效地改善了企业设备先进、润滑管理落后的局面。
Zhaojin Mining has a complete professional gold and non-ferrous metal industry chain from exploration,mining,processing to smelting.There are a large amount of oil lubrication equipment in the whole production process,the number of oil species up to 307.The number of oil species was dropped to 37,annual purchase cost of lubricants was decreased by more than 20%through implementing lubrication reliability assessment,oil selection optimization,site standardization improvement,lubrication management system implementation and other special lubrication management.The reliability of equipment lubrication was also greatly improved.The situation that enterprise has advanced equipment,but the lubrication is backward was effectively improved.
