摘要
项目管理是决定一个项目效益的关键性因素,随着建筑行业的发展,工程体量逐渐增大,给工程项目管理带来了巨大的难度,BIM技术因其显著的应用优势,在工程项目中的应用越来越广泛.论述了BIM技术在质量管理、进度动态管理以及成本可视化管理中的具体应用,并通过工程应用实例论证了BIM技术在工程项目管理中的应用潜力.BIM技术的应用可以实现施工项目的全面信息化管理、使施工项目拥有强大的数据处理系统,对提高项目管理效率,降低项目风险,实现项目效益最大化具有非常重要的意义.
The project management is a key factor in determining the effectiveness of a project.With the development of the construction industry the increase in project volume has brought great difficulties to the project management.Due to its prominent application advantages the BIM technology has become more and more widely used in engineering projects.This paper studies the application of BIM technology in quality management,schedule dynamic management and cost visualization management,and demonstrates the application potential of BIM technology in project management through the engineering application examples.It comes to the conclusion that the use of the BIM technology can realize the comprehensive information management of construction project and make the construction project have powerful data processing system,Which can improve the efficiency of project management and reduce the risk of the project.It has a very important significance to realize the project benefit maximization.
